The stay here was great, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with perfect location near Parkway, the main street full of attractions, the mountains and restaurants.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a calm area, just off center and shops. Amicable, supper friendly employees were at her manager. I've booked suite with a patio overlooking the river and everything was great.

It's handy base for visiting some must see attractions in Gatlinburg. The food is fresh, liked continental breakfast. Also, the location is ideal, minutes from a mountainside amusement park.

Extraordinary hotel, opulent and warm enough rooms. Rooms with the balcony, a sleeper sofa and a king bed. The staff were more than helpful this whole time. Efficient business location, it was in a such beautiful area. Immaculately clean property and great service.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were relaxing with stunningly beautiful views. The location was ideal, for example, Bill Gladwell was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property. There was a superb bar with great service. The stay was absolutely very very good.

The hotel is fairly clean, staff are courteous and breakfast is warm. The onsite bar is superb, you’ ve got to try its cold drinks. Can be described as a really great experience, would recommend.

My room was very specious and well heated, it worked good. In general staff were all enthusiastic and incredibly attentive. The breakfast was large, had variety of options and the food was outstanding. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the juice bar. Pretty much what I expected: small luxury hotel, reasonably priced.

We had convenient check in and rooms were pleasantly decorated. Magnificent view, a big balcony, perfect bed, too. Service was FLAWLESS, staff - highly professional.

Relaxing rooms and a the best breakfast, vacation base for visiting Gatlinburg. There were free Wi-Fi, climate control and cable TV in the room, truly enjoyed that. The beach was stunning. Restaurant was simple. The service offered here was efficient. I got great value for money at this hotel.

Ideal location, exceptionally nice stuff and nonsmoking rooms, fast wi-fi. We did n't like the bed, it was short, nevertheless it was truly a perfectly pleasant stay.

Recently refurbished, best western property. Our room had a relaxing bed and an absolutely beautiful view. The property was set in a pretty quiet area. Besides, it was just a few minutes from gatlinburg trail...

Excellent place for exploring Gatlinburg. The staff was helpful, room was large. Enjoyed the way our king suite was arranged.

We liked it. The room was large and the breakfast was PERFECT, lots of options. Just a 20-minute stroll to the center. For dinner we chose the peddler steakhouse, that was 800 feet from the hotel.
